Out Patient Service

The OPD is meant for patients walking in the hospital for consultation. The OPD function from 11.00AM to 5.00PM. Sunday is weekly off. The appointment can be taken from reception of the hospital. Each patient walking in to the OPD or for consultation has to register at the reception before consultation with the doctor.

Do’s

  • Bring the token number for consultation.
  • The patient is accompanied by not more than 2 attendants who knows about the particulars of the patient.
  • Follow discipline in the OPD corridor.
  • Be seated until your turn comes and always enter the consultation room in the order of the arrival.
  • Respect all the doctors and the hospital staff.
  • Carry all previous medical records and medication prescription that the patient has been taking before coming in for the consultation.

Don’ts

  • Shouting/Quarreling/Making noise in the corridor, violation of the rules will be liable for prosecution as per the hospital rules.
  • Use of mobile phones in the OPD.
  • Misbehaving/Shouting at the doctor or the hospital staff.

Inpatient Department

The patient is admitted in the hospital after consultation with the doctor. On the basis of the treatment required the patient is admitted in General Ward/Day Care Observation/ICU/Semi-ICU.

Emergency Care

In our Emergency Care, critically ill or injured patients with life threatening conditions are immediately taken under the care of a team of specialized emergency doctors and the patient is evaluated, resuscitated and stabilized as per protocols.
Located at ground floor of the hospital, it consist of bed and all 'Level 1' facilities meaning it provides the highest of speciality expertise and meet strict standards. The Ambulance service is an integral part of Emergency Medicine.
